  Hi do you know if they have costumer upload image button to add on the page ?
  Which plan would suit it ?

  Hi there,

  To do that on WordPress.com you’ll need a plugin that’s designed to allow visitors to upload files. So, you have to upgrade to the Business plan which is the only plan that allows the use of plugins.
