Critical Error on Website – Composer dependencies require a PHP version

  Please let me know how to fix this issue. I was updating my WordPress plugins without having updated to a PHP version and now it crashed and says the below:

  Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ‘>= 7.2.5’.
  There has been a critical error on this website.
