DePoMasthead will not download

  I want to use DePoMasthead on a site but not a WordPress site. But it will not download. Is that because it will only download to a WordPress site?

  Is there another reason. I really like DePoMasthead. Can anyone help me get it up and working/

  At this time, that theme is only available for WordPress.com blogs.
