Disassociating account names

Two questions:
1. I have two sites associated with this account, and I would like to remove one, but I want to keep the name and move it to a new WordPress account. My intention is (perhaps was) to upgrade that account to premium. Please help me make this change.
2. Do premium sites get better support? I posted this same question yesterday, and I can’t find it anywhere on the forum.

1. For this, I recommend starting a new account, then you can transfer the site to it: https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
