Domain and plan not linked

    Heya,

    Last week I paid a year plan for both my website plan and domain. But now the domain and website plan are nowhere to be found, it’s like it removed itself from my account.

    Paypal did write it off though, so it’s a bit of a waste if I can’t get this up and running :/

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there!

    It appears you paid for the WordPress.com Personal plan back in September (last month, not last week) and promptly canceled the subscription for a refund. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    Did you pay again last week on a different WordPress.com account? If yes, you’ll need to log into the correct account to see your new subscriptions. If you have a transaction ID for a payment from last week, please send it to us using the account recovery form here.

    Our team will email you with instructions to log into the correct account.
