    help me figure it out please, i bought a plan then returned it because i couldn’t navigate my way through your tricky confusing system.

    Hi aileenzara,

    I see you purchased the Premium plan and later cancelled it but no custom domain was registered. A custom domain (without “.wordpress.com”) can be registered with these steps:

    Register a New Domain

    You will be prompted to choose another paid because the existing one has already been cancelled and refunded.
