    I did not set up this site. I want to edit our front page but can not because it only shows up as HTML. I need it to be visual so that I may edit the image. Please help.

    Hi! The site you linked isn’t hosted here with us, so I’m not able to see the admin area to resolve this.

    It sounds, though, like you might be in a code / HTML view in your editor. You should either have a tab to switch to visual, or be able to exit the code editor.

    Also, I noticed the front page for the site you linked doesn’t currently seem to exist. These exact steps are best for sites hosted with us, but I’d bet they would work for yours, too:

    Going forward, you’ll want to use the correct forum for self-managed WordPress installations:
