Has the server’s performance declined?

Even though I haven’t made any changes, adding or editing posts has become extremely slow over the past month or so. It takes more than 30 seconds just to open the page for adding a post, and saving frequently fails with the error “ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR.” I’m using the default configuration with no plugins installed. Has the server’s performance declined? Please restore it to its previous good performance.

Resetting my password and logging in again solved the problem. I didn’t clear the cache or do anything like that. This was similar to the next case and happened at almost the same time: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/file-uploads-2/. It was probably just a coincidence that we performed the action at the same time as an internal change, but if not, it might be a session management problem. In any case, the staff’s boilerplate response didn’t provide any useful information.
