How can I embed video?

  I can’t successfully embed video using Vimeo’s embed code, although I was able to paste the link from Vimeo directly into the post entry. I think it would look better, however, if I could post the embed code. Is that possible?

  We can’t allow the direct embed code for security reasons, but you can embed a video from Vimeo following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/vimeo/

  Towards the bottom of the guide, we have a few customization options if you use the shortcode embed.
