How can I reclaim a domain name?

Unfortunately, ourwordpress.com doesn’t seem to be up and running yet. I keep getting a “cannot connect to the server” error message whenever I try to visit the website. Do I just need to wait it out or is there a problem to be solved??

Additionally, I have not received a refund from WordPress.com for $99 for going Premium and $13 for a Domain Mapping Upgrade. My PayPal account shows that the refund has been processed, but it has not appeared in my bank account.
$112 is not a small amount of money, and I would like it refunded immediately.

I just visited ouryellowdoor.com and was directed to your WordPress.com site. Can you check again? And if you’re still not seeing it, can you clear your cache and cookies and try again?
Can you check if the refund is in your Paypal account instead of your bank account? This has happened to me sometimes when I get a refund through my Paypal account.
Everything seems to have processed on our end. If Paypal shows that the refund has been processed, then the delay is likely with Paypal. If you don’t see the refund in your Paypal account, you can contact Paypal and see what they say.
However, like I mentioned refunds can take up to a week to appear on your bank account. You requested your refund on the 21st, which is only 4 days ago. So the payment appearing any time in the next 3-4 days would still completely normal.

I cleared my cache – that took care of it. Finally! Thank you! The balance also appeared in my Paypal account, which is good. I was just frustrated because Paypal showed that the charge and the refund had both been processed, but the $112 had been pulled out of my bank account.
