    How can I start over but keep same email and tree1959

    See the Empty Site support page. If you delete the site you can reuse the email address, but not the site address.

    I’m having trouble figuring out a free theme that show a line that says: Home-About etc.

    A lot of themes have a horizontal header menu bar. Are you having trouble choosing one of them?
