How do I change the tag line of my blog?

  I can’t figure out how to change the short sentence that’s beneath my gravatar.

  Your tagline is “MS, wheelchair, handi-hacks, and other reasons to smile”. If that’s what you want to change, it’s on Settings->General on your dashboard.
