How do I install a plugin from my WP blog.
-
I want to install a plugin on my blog for membership site. One I’ve heard of is Wish List. Can I install it or one like it from my current WP blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, it’s not actually possible to install plugins on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs. If you are wondering how WordPress.com differs from WordPress.org, this support article explains the distinction: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you want to limit site access to only certain people, you might want to set your site to Private and then invite only certain users to it:

Just let me know if you need further help.

Thanks for your reply. Sounds complicated and too much work going to .org. Want to keep my regular .com blog. Maybe I can just put up a link to my related membership site?

Jo, you can definitely link to an external site from your WordPress.com site.
