How to renew

    I want to renew my plan but it says another user purchased the plan. It is not allowing me to renew. It doesn’t identify WHICH user purchased the plan though.

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The subscription for the site you mentioned is on the @rempel WordPress.com account. If that account belongs to you, please log out of this account and log into that account to manage your subscriptions.
