  hello ,
  i wants to upgrade blog http://www.rameshshastri.com which is going to expires i wants to make a payment to renew it but i had not found noting to pay for it please help me

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Only the WordPress.com user who owns the domain rameshshastri.com can renew it. That’s the user listed under the domain name under Store > My Upgrades in the blog’s dashboard.

  thanks for your reply. i just did the same but i didn’t find there payment mode. When i went through this process

  i found nothing new in that page.

  Hi Satwant,

  As you mentioned, that page shows this information about the domain owner: “Purchased by shastriramesh”

  That user will need to log in to their WordPress.com account to renew the domain. You won’t be able to renew the domain using your satwantsidhu account, as that account doesn’t own this domain.

  hello ,
  this domain was purchase me . i have a wordpress account with name of satwantsidhu and i made two blog on this and i had purchased this domain but with a different name so this is a truth i can’t understand how can i solve this if i would not able to make a payment then i will lose it pls tell me something more options i have also a payment receipt of this domain which is paid by me .

  Hi Satwant,

  You will need to log in to the WordPress.com account shastriramesh to renew the domain. That account owns this domain and only the domain owner can manage that domain.
