How to Turn Off Jetpack Monitor emails?

  • Unknown's avatar

I keep receiving emails from Jetpack Monitor stating my site is down for 2 minutes etc. They are very annoying and a waste of time. You may see an example email below.

However, I can’t stop the notification emails. Whenever I go to https://wordpress.com/me/notifications the option to receive notifications is already off.

I’ve got several WordPress accounts and think the issue may be with the wrong WordPress account being used. I’ve tried to login to WordPress.com with the same email address I’m receiving the notification emails to, but the option to unsubscribe from notifications is still off.

How can I stop the emails please?

There is no unsubscribe link anywhere in the emails.

    Thank you.

Type of emails I am receiving from WordPress/Jetpack:

    ‘Hi nazam,
Good news — your site http://www.azam.info is now loading!
Your site was down for approximately 2 mins, but is up again as of Sunday, February 4, 2:05 pm.
We will continue monitoring your site, and alert you if it goes down again.
Why am I receiving this email?
You are receiving this email because you have activated Jetpack Monitor on your site. If you need to contact support, please include this reference: [7966442/success].

    Hi nazam,

I can’t stop the notification emails.

I’ve disabled Jetpack Monitor for http://www.azam.info, so that should stop the notifications coming through to you.

    I hope this helps!

how can I disable my jetpack monitor? My website is:

    https://roboticheartsurgeon.com

Unfortunately, the monitor conflicts with my hosting (godaddy) and CDN (GoDaddy/securi) and generates the dreaded “HI there Jetpack! All systems go.” message which gets cached and displayed as my webpage.

There is no way for me to disable the monitor myself without getting rid of jetpack all together which prefer not to do.

    Hello
I’m receiving up to 50 emails per day for my site pecage.com regarding the site being unavailable and then restored. I can’t find a way to turn these emails off. This is a new installation of WordPress and Jetpack, other installations are not giving me this problem.
    Please Advise.
