    I have a different site ‘digitalmining.info’ in WordPress.
    but I cannot access the site log in. Because I forgot my password and Gmail has locked that trouble with domain problem. (I am the owner of the site ‘digitalmining.info. Domain host is WordPress.)
    When I do log in the site in WordPress, WordPress site said to me ‘chech your mail’ but I cannot check my email.
    How can I log in to my webpage in order to make a website?
    I need your help.

    google workspace recommends as follows:

    clientUpdateProhibited
    client update prohibited

    This status code tells your domain’s registry to reject requests to update the domain.

    This domain name status indicates that it is not possible to update the domain, which can help prevent unauthorized updates resulting from fraud. If you do want to update your domain, you must first contact your registrar and request that they remove this status code.

    If I have just log-In e-mail( and I forgot PW), if I cannot access my email(in google workspace), how can I make a new password?

    I do not see any upgrades under your @dnahealingcenter WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that digitalmining.info is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your dnahealingcenter login.

    Only the domain’s owner can do that, and that domain belongs to a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.

    If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    Once you’re logged in under the correct account, you can change the domain’s DNS, including the MX records, by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/custom-dns/
