  Thanks–I do appreciate hat you got back to me at 11 or so last night
  But–you must use Jetpack as its part of the WordPress universe and I did receive emails from you as if they were coming from Andra-so my concerns have not gone away
  I do receive others that are also generated through WordPress and they come in fine

  I am now at a loss in terms of which company to use in my big step up

  The emails are sent from WordPress.com, but the glue between your site and WordPress.com is the Jetpack plugin, which is what is pulling in both the name and content for the emails.
