Hi there,
Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host ink-tank.co.uk on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result we don’t have a direct connection to your site, and we don’t have control any billing you have set up with your current provider.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere.
The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting your current provider for further assistance since they are in the best position to help. Specifically you will want to ask them to remove the WordPress.com nameserver addresses you have set now (they are not needed) and instead ask that they manage your domain DNS for you. This will allow them to assist you in adding email and making sure it is correct, which is not something we are able to do on this end.
Thanks!
