I just purchased a $100 dollar package for a website and its not letting me edit it.
Then I bought the domain for $26 dollars.
It is not letting me edit it like it did for the last website that i just bought from wordpress. this is really frustrating meThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

And you added a custom domain to the site:
cloud10productions.wordpress.com
Do you want the Premium upgrade and the domain all bundled on one site? If you do, please let me know which one and I can move it over. Also note, that a domain is included in the Premium bundle, so if you want to bundle it together, I can provide you a full refund ($26) for the extra domain. If you want to get another domain on top, then I will leave it as is.

Let me try to specify this the best way I can since I probably won’t hear from you tomorrow and wordpress has no phone support.
I don’t care about any of the .wordpress.com websites
I have the domain mydivewatchesguide.com with the upgrade for one of my websites.
The only other website I want is cloud10productions.com with the upgrade.
I want to be able to install my own plugins for these two sites and fully customize them the way I want without .wordpress. Being in the domain name. Please help me as this is frustrating that I paid 126$ on the 10th of aug. And I still have no website that I can edit. -

The domain: cloud10productions.wordpress.com never deletes, which is actually a good thing so if you one day decide not to renew the domain or it expires accidentally all your content will still be available at cloud10productions.wordpress.com.
However, as long as you keep your domain renewed, your readers will see your site at cloud10productions.com. Even if they go to cloud10productions.wordpress.com they will be automatically redirected to cloud10productions.com.
As for installing plugins – that is not possible on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs. If you are wondering how WordPress.com differs from WordPress.org, this support article explains the distinction:
If you need plugins you can move to self-hosted, WordPress.org and find a new host. I’d be happy to provide you a refund for the Premium upgrade besides the domain so that you can take that to your new self-hosted WordPress.org site.

Ok apparently none of this is working.

And get rid of everything else.

It has nothing to do with money . I just want the same setup as the website mydivewatchesguide.com
You could even just charge me another 100$ dollars and I would be happy as long as I can fully customize my websites with themes I’ve downloaded to my computer. -
Or if it makes your job easier just refund everything and I’ll start all over and go to wordpress.org instead of the .com even though it is the same company you can just resolve the issue. I’ll start all the way over and be a week behind schedule. A phone support would be so much easier. I might just use a different web design service. Thank you for emailing back and hope to talk soon.

If you prefer to use a a developer that is fine. I’d be happy to provide you a full refund and cancel everything. But note that I’d have to cancel your domain and that would mean it’d be weeks before it’d free up to use the domain again elsewhere.
If you keep the domain with us and remove everything besides the domain, you can keep the domain registered with us and point it to your new host via the nameservers and install WordPress.
If you want to stay with us as you mentioned before the last post, I can move the Premium upgrade and the domain: Cloud10productions.com to the site with: mydivewatchesguide.com and you can continue editing that site.

Now everything you have done has erased my old website. All the hours I have put into it are now gone.

Please put everything back the way it was , this has serious made me upset. It’s like wordpress doesn’t even care. I don’t even think wordpress had anything to do with mydivewatchesguide.com website and now you have erased all the data off of it.

It was probably an error on my part. Just refund everything but the domain and I will get the domain transferred over to my other account.

Again, I repeat that absolutely nothing has been deleted and I have only done what you requested. However, if you want a refund for Premium besides the domain: cloud10productions.com I’d be more than happy to do that to get that going as well. If you want to see your site at mydivewatchesguide.com (hosted by Hostmonster) all you have to do is change your Primary domain to: mydivewatchesguide.com and then you will see that back again. When you go to cloud10productions.com or robertmferry.wordpress.com it will automatically redirect to your Hostmonster site.
Since you want to use your site hosted by Hostmonster, you won’t need the Premium upgrade. I have removed that as requested and provided you a refund. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
