    Hi there,

Please note that there is a 60 day lock on newly registered domains. ICANN (the governing body over domains) places a 60 day lock on all new domain registrations and renewals to prevent fraud. This is a requirement placed on all domain registrars, so it wouldn’t be possible for us to waive it. This means you can transfer your domain on October 10th, 2014.

However, you can always point the domain to another server (hosting service), with these steps:

    Change a Domain’s Name Servers

You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your new host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)

I hope this helps – let me know if you have any more questions!

You refunded the $26 dollars instead of the $99 dollars according to my bank statement.

You purchased a domain for $26, which was refunded. You also purchased another WordPress.com Premium upgrade for $99. So I refunded you $73 so that you can keep the domain:
