Keep getting charged even though I cancelled!

This is the 3RD YEAR I’ve been charged for an account that I don’t use. Every year, I ask in the forums. Every year, there is no response and I can’t be fussed to bother with it since it is near the holidays. I have tried chat – can never find it. I am now out $360 over these past 3 years.

As mentioned, it seems that we needed more info from you (last year) to track this down, as we do not see any upgrades under your
@brittanykeithaccount.Possibly you have another login with us, so your upgrades are under another account, but we have no way of finding that without your help.
