  Good Morning,

  I am new to blogging and I was wondering, is it okay to create a page that includes links to songs and videos like youTube? I was thinking of creating a page for music that I could make available to readers who might want to check out some of the music that gets me through difficult days or inspires.

  Is that legal and okay to put a link within a page?

  That is totally fine. You can embed a playlist of YouTube videos which would work well with what you are wanting to do:
