Making blog posts visible through my pages.

Hi. Every time I publish a blog post it isn’t visible on my site. I don’t know if I did something wrong but I can’t find the post when I upload it. I can find it when I’m editing my page because all I need to do is go to ‘manage blogs’ but anyone viewing my site can’t see them. I have one example blog post that I made called ‘example update.’ I can find it but if you’re viewing my page from an outsiders perspective, they can’t find it. I’d really appreciate some help with getting this sorted through. Thanks :)
