  Hi, If my theme is a responsive layout theme(mobile-friendly) then should I still click “enable mobile theme” in the mobile options and also can you please explain “Always show posts on the front page”. And
  “Show featured images on front page and archive pages”.

  The stand-alone mobile theme is an older theme that predates responsive themes. If you have a responsive theme, you don’t need it.
