My blog content is gone

Alright! The developers are still looking into the bug that caused this to happen in the first place, but I believe everything has been transferred successfully now. Definitely let me know if you find any broken images or missing content.

Thanks so much for your help! The content is all back which is great, but my design is still gone. I know I need to renew my $30 custom design in a few days, but honestly unless my blog design is restored I don’t want to do that (because I will probably leave wordpress). I just can’t justify putting all that time into redoing the design for this to happen again, so I was crossing my fingers that someone could fix it. I wish I had a screen print or something of how the blog looked a few weeks ago, but I don’t. Here are all the design elements that are gone:
-Menu (it used to be a tannish color with white text)
-Widgets (I had so many widgets- one with my photo, and intro under that which was a text widget, archives, recent postsAnd then my entire blog was custom colors for the background, text, links, etc.
Is there any way of getting all this back?
For future reference, is there a way to back up my blog, including all the design elements? I am just so scared of this happening again and I put so much time into the blog getting it ready. Thank you so much for your help, I am so glad I have my content back!

I’m really very sorry about all of this. To fix this, I’ve renamed the littlebarncharm.wordpress.com site you created to littlebarncharm-dupe.wordpress.com and triggered the name change on hellohaileybond.wordpress.com again. It looks like it worked correctly this time, and your widgets and theme have all moved over as well.

If you don’t need any of the images or content from http://littlebarncharm-dupe.wordpress.com/ just let me know and I’ll delete that site for you. I can do the same for hellohaileybond.wordpress.com if you no longer need or want that URL.
I’m so sorry that this has been such a pain for you. I’ve renewed your Custom Design upgrade so you can get back to blogging without worrying about your site’s design.
Our exports don’t include design elements, but we maintain a full backup of your site for you. If this ever happens again, we can get you back up and running. I’m sorry it took us so long to do that this time.

It wasn’t a pain, I was just worried because I didn’t know how the backup worked, but I am glad to hear that WordPress backs up my site design! Now I won’t be so stressed if anything happens to it in the future. I know you get tons of requests so I really appreciate you giving this issue your time and it didn’t take long at all. I am just so glad you could help. Thank you again for everything!!

Oh- almost forgot.. I do not need the other two blogs (hello hailey and the duplicate of little barn charm. I don’t need any of the content on the blogs either. I know I added a header or something but I was just playing around with the site. So you’re welcome to delete those. Thank you!
