My blog did not publish

My blog was not published……..I hit publish on and got a message that the server was undergoing routine maintenance, I followed the instructions but my blog was not sent to my few followers and was only published on LinkedIn. It never showed up on Facebook so I personally added the a link on my artist page.
Should this happen again, do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

It sounds like there was a technical problem on the WordPress.com web server at the moment you tried to publish your post. Unfortunately there isn’t much you can do at your end if this sort of trouble occurs, but it shouldn’t be something that happens regularly. If it does happen again, please let us know.
