My domain

  Hey! I am confused because I own http://www.cutthefluffblog.com (I set up through wordpress) & I am trying to map it to my wordpress blog but it keeps telling me that it’s already being used on another wordpress.com site? I had some confusion because I had originally thought that we owned http://www.cutthefluff.com & after trying to set up everything via bluehost, I realized we don’t own that domain. I ended up having to cancel my initial account there & basically start fresh using the proper domain (www.cutthefluffblog.com). That being said, I had also gone in & changed everything in my wordpress acct so I am fearful that there is maybe even a link to my old wordpress acct that never officially cancelled???

  Hi @gobsofviolets, it looks like you bought a domain through us but cancelled it & got a refund. Canceling a domain doesn’t immediately release it, by the way, but in this case we can get it back to you if you’d like. I noticed, though, that you also bought another, similar domain.
