Need help fixing website access and getting my email working.

    Gmail told me that I don’t have a site at WordPress, yet every year I pay renewal fee for my domain, lindacruise.com. I have set up my email from that site ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) to forward to my personal Gmail account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). Last week, I tried emailing my book publisher, using (email visible only to moderators and staff) and Gmail told me that I no longer had any access to it. So, when I tried logging into WordPress, I ended up needing to reset my password. I don’t know if that created a new account for me. I don’t want a new account. I just want my old one to work properly. This is telling me that Linda Cruise, MFA, MA is linked to another WordPress.com account. Then, it said to please follow your Account recovery procedure. I tried doing that, including using my transaction ID, but it won’t let me submit it, because it wants me to just reset my password. I already did that, and that clearly didn’t work. If anything, that set up a new (unwanted) account for me. Please help! Thank you.
