.org and .com wp logins

I’m trying to install jetpack to my wp.org website but woocommerce.com is linked to a wp .com login. I want the wp .com account deleted but I don’t want the wp .org to be affected.
The site I need help with is topnotchcostumes.com.

WooCommerce offers certain functionality that requires a WordPress.com account to store that info.
You can safely use your WordPress.com account for that without affecting your WordPress.org site or how you log in to it.

No matter what I do, jetpack will not install on my website. I’ve been trying everything I can think of for 6 hours at this point. No response to support tickets on both woocommerce.com and jetpack.com

On word press I get “”There was an error installing Jetpack. Please try installing it manually.”
On woocommerce I get: “We couldn’t install your extension
WooCommerce.com couldn’t automatically install your purchases. Don’t worry – here are a few things you can do:” -
Try installing Jetpack from Plugins > Add New in your site’s Dashboard.
If that fails, it should give a more specific error.
Also, if that fails, do you have trouble installing any other plugins from Plugins > Add New in your site’s Dashboard, or just Jetpack?

After 2 weeks of trying to install it from woocommerce I realized my woocommerce account was installing jetpack on a different wp user account. I deleted the account, created a new wp account and a new woocommerce account, added the user to the wp account where the website is and it still won’t work.

From the wp “add plugin” I searched for jetpack but the only plugins that show up are different from the one I need which is shipping and tax.

Please try the steps in my reply above: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/org-and-com-wp-logins/#post-3702206
You’ll need Jetpack for this to work, so let’s start there.
-
What is the URL of the site you’re trying to install Jetpack on?
I understand you’re trying to install the shipping and tax extension, but those also require the Jetpack plugin to be installed.

Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. /home/u167921411/domains/topnotchcostumes.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/

Ok good, that’s fixable. :)
You’ll need to access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the whole /jetpack/ directory there.
Once that’s done, you’ll be able to reinstall Jetpack normally from Plugins > Add New in your site’s Dashboard.

Connect Jetpack to activate WooCommerce Shipping & Tax
WooCommerce Shipping & Tax is almost ready to go! Once you connect Jetpack you’ll have access to automated tax calculation and shipping label printing.By clicking “Install Jetpack and connect”, you agree to the Terms of Service and to share certain data and settings with WordPress.com and/or third parties.
“Install Jetpack and connect” <— when I click here I get error messages.

I deleted the folder from file manager. The plugin still is not showing up when I try to add new and search jetpack. Now when I click the link to install and activate I get error [ object object]
