  Did you delete the whole /jetpack/ folder under /wp-content/plugins/ or just the files? You need to delete the whole folder.

  If you did delete the whole folder, please use https://snipboard.io to provide a screenshot of what you see when you search for “Jetpack” at Plugins > Add New in your site’s Dashboard.

  What happens when you click “Activate” next to Jetpack?

  “This WordPress.com account is already connected to another user on this site. Please login to another WordPress.com account to complete the connection.”

  It’s referring to the account that does not have all of my woocommerce products, which is the problem. So I deleted that WP account so it no longer exists.

  Ok, we’ve reached the limit of what we can do here in WordPress.com Support, so I recommend waiting for Jetpack Support to reply to your email ticket.

  I see it was submitted a few hours ago, and it’s a Friday, so they’ll reply probably by Monday at the latest.
