  Hi, can wordpress be a platform for all three; art blog, art website and email?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Yes, the art blog and website could essentially be one site here, as you can set a specific page to hold your blog posts: https://wordpress.com/support/pages/front-page/

  And, we do have some options for email: https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/
