    i purchased theme package whatever you call it. they we’re Miscommunication and misunderstanding between me and jetpack or wordpress who ever the seller is. i stop transaction from paypal for minute trying to figure it out. me and paypal we didn’t get respond back from seller on time. but as soon as i got email receipt confirmation for my purchase i release the transaction all this in matter of few hours from the time i purchased. transaction was completed got email confirmation from paypal that its all good and done.at this point i already sent bunch of emails. later on i got 2 emails them saying my service was cancelled .it took a while before someone responded back and the respond i got was we cancelled your service due to this. i did release that transaction before all this emails back.now it takes very long for customer support to email back. is there a better way to communicate with this people??? earlier today i got nice email from someone there but my problem is i’m in and out the hospital cause my daughter is doing chemo and other treatments but i do reply email as i get a moment. does any one know the faster way i can communicate with jetpack/wordpress/ so i can resolve this matter. please help me out.

    Just to confirm:

    1) You don’t want the Jetpack plan you purchased?

    2) You have cancelled the dispute with PayPal?

    If you no longer have a dispute against us with PayPal I should be able to refund your payment for the plan.
