  I am trying to renew my domain for raydafrica.org but to no avail. How can I do that? It expired a couple of day ago.

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  Yes, but raydafrica.org is not connected to your bshepkong account which is why you don’t see it and cannot renew it. You’ll have to log into the account connected with the domain in order to pay for it.
