Re-hosting Explorethegap.net web page on WordPress

    I am trying to convert an html-formatted web page to a WordPress product. My web page needs a PayPal order form. I tried writing a form using the WordPress theme on a blog page I have on WordPress, but the order form does not convert.

    WordPress.com does not seem to have a PayPal-compatible plugin for creating a order form, so I tried downloading WordPress to my Mac, then cannot get the localhost to work. I continue to get errors.

    Please advise whether there is a theme that I can get at the WordPress.com, or technical support for getting my MAMP site going.
