Recovering all passwords …

  My Webmaster died recently and I can’t gain access to our WordPress or Dreamhost accounts as I don’t have the login info … or anything, really. Who can I contact to get this info so we can get rolling again? Ideas?

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for your loss but as was mentioned in the other support thread you opened, we do not host nhtmusic.com and are not able to help.

  Because your site was hosted with Dreamhost (and not WordPress.com) we do not have access to the site, and we do not have backups for WordPress sites hosted elsewhere.

  To regain access to that site you will need to work with Dreamhost directly, we are not able to assist. Have you tried their process outlined here? https://help.dreamhost.com/hc/en-us/articles/215202507-Gaining-access-to-accounts-of-the-deceased
