  I am sorry that I made an error in paying for this service.
  The WordPress sight has removed over 35 pieces of my media
  from the site. WordPress is suspending privilege’s and requiring
  me to pay some kind of penalty fine. PLEASE REVERSE THESE
  CHARGES. I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS GETTING MYSELF INTO!

  Typically, you can cancel and refund these via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases in accordance with our refund policy https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

  However, instead you initiated a chargeback dispute with your credit card provider: https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/

  We can still issue a refund for this, but not while the chargeback dispute is active. Once you have canceled that dispute with your credit card provider, we’ll be happy to issue a refund.
