  I WANT TO CANCEL MY PLAN BECAUSE IT DOES NOT MEET MY REQUIRMENTS. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND AS I WAS TOLD BEFORE SUBSCRIBING.

  I’m sorry to hear that. You can still cancel and get a refund, as you’re within the 96-hour refund period for the domain and the 14-day refund period for the WordPress.com plan.

  Please follow this guide to cancel your plan and this guide to cancel your domain.

  Important: You won’t be able to register a domain elsewhere right away if you cancel it. If you wish to keep using the domain elsewhere, we recommend keeping the registration active. You can point it to any other host you wish.
