Request to fix log in issue on desktop app.

    I have a WordPress website that is free without any hosting subscription as I made my best efforts to purchase it but every time my debit card payment got rejected displaying an error message.
    However, Now the recent issue is in log in via my Desktop app though previously I had this app. and it was running well but due to an issue in my laptop, I had to reset it, and then after, I am unable to log in after successful installation of the app. I contacted once more previously regarding the same issue and I was asked to send the error message the app. displays at the time of login attempts-that is-‘Incorrect username or password’
    Please help me
