Site can’t be reached

Several followers/ supporters of the site have tried several times to look at the website/ blog but when it loads it does not complete. Then it says ‘The site can’t be reached’. Moreover, neither is it a problem with the internet connection nor the proxy and firewall. Can the files of the site please be refreshed in the servers so that when someone searches the search activity completes and pages/ information loads. Thank you.
