Specific wordpress problem in Southern Laos !!!! (episode 2)

    Hello (Sabaydii in Lao language), the wordpress community.
    I have posted a long question yesterday about a specific problem with personal WP websites and other WP links… for instance, i can’t open my post and ‘Mr or Ms gemmacevans”s answer in the support section, anymore :

    It is charging (Mozilla or Explorer, same result) and after 1 minute, it says (in French) that the time is too long and the page cannot be displayed.
    These following url DO NOT WORK (sort of charging and then ‘can’t be displayed’) :

    These url links WORK, they charge quickly like any other internet url (youtube, facebook, gmail etc. EVERYTHING except some specific WP url):

    STRANGE STRANGE STRANGE =
    1) Some WP links works, some do not = so the problem is not with my personal websites only

    2) from Vientiane (Laos capital city), France, and i guess other part of the world, the links work ! = so it is not a country problem

    3) from Southern Laos (Paksé and other places of the area) THEY DO NOT WORK = so the problem seems to be ‘regionally located’

    4) from a computer or a smart phone (wifi, else where in the city), SAME, the links DO NOT WORK = so the problem is not with my computer (direct net cable), nor the wifi, it is the smart phones

    5) whatever the provider company (in Laos = Unitel or Laotelecom) the links DO NOT WORK = so it is not a provider problem (before in Laos, some providers were blocking some pages, such as personal-free.fr-pages)

    I would like to thanks Mr or Ms gemmacevans for his/her answer I got from my mail (impossible to open the WP link now, as mention at the beginning of the message).

    [I can charge and see this page above… the help-contact-formular i am using now to ask this second messsage-question do not allow me to post screenshot. It is simple: Mozilla or Explorer try to charge and then about one minute later, it says ‘the page can’t be displayed, too long time waiting’

    Please include the whole page and upload it to your Media Library so I can take a look.

    The problem seems to be with wordpress system, specifically in Southern Laos… but it is impossible to contact them.

    If anyone can be cleverer than me… thanks to mail me, because i still do not know if I could open any other WP support or Forum or Help-contact pages.

    Without doing anything… wordpress websites came back to normal (a little slower than before maybe)… so from june 10th to 13th, it didn’t work in Laos…
    So everything is now fine.

    It sounds like this might have been an outage at your ISP. If this happens again, please contact them directly so they can look into it on their end.
