    @imvtest – Those are the right instructions for downloading your export file. We have more about that here: Export

    If you’re having trouble with an export file, please start a new forum thread with your questions and we can provide more help. If you need staff help with the export, you can type modlook into the tags section in the sidebar on the right side of your forum thread. Thanks!
