transferring domain to self-hosted wp site

  i have pointed my namesavers to godaddy so that I can use my domain name for my self-hosted wordpress site. I have also changed the ip address to reflect my godaddy / wp installation.

  my .com is still forwarding to my wordpress.com address.

  is there a way to resolve this?

  http://sojournerwalker.com/ is properly pointing to GoDaddy.

  It can take domain changes up to 72 hours (though usually much less) to propagate to your ISP. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your ISP refreshes their DNS cache.
