  Hello. I need to add a TXT record. However, when I click on the ‘manage’ section, I have no options to choose. Can you help? Thanks!

  Hi there,

  To what domain do you need to add a TXT record? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any domain upgrades on WordPress.com. It’s not possible to add custom DNS records to a free WordPress.com address.

  If this is for presentationsolutions.org, you only have a contributor role on that site, so you only have the ability to create new draft posts.

  Only accounts with an admin user role have access to site and domain settings.
