  Hello! I paid $99 with a WordPress upgrade special last month, but I noticed tonight when I really started to set it up that it isn’t showing that it’s an upgraded account. Can you help me navigate this please?

  What is the address of the site you upgraded?

  The account you’re using to post here only owns the free site, http://schoolmentalwealth.wordpress.com/, and has never bought anything from us.

  If you bought a plan from us, it was for another site in a different account.
