Want to change from a blog to a website

  I realized that my site was set for a blog but I actually need to build a website and was wondering how to change my blog over to a website.

  Hi there!

  All you need to do is publish a few different pages, including a page that you want to set as a homepage, and then follow the instructions here: https://wordpress.com/support/pages/front-page/

  All websites on WordPress.com include the blog function, but if you don’t need it, you don’t have to use it. Right now, your homepage displays the latest blog posts. By creating a new page and setting that as the homepage of your site, you will give your site the layout of a traditional website.
