We are long-term paying customer-why no response to our requests for help here?

Hello! I am following upon our previous posts here that were left without response or further assistance: June 7 at 4:21pm and yesterday June 9 at 5:02pm. I also sent email per instructions to help@wordpress.com twice, on June 8 and 9, and no one has responded. We have paid sites on our account. What is going on? How do we escalate this?
