Website problems

Hi,
Things have gone terribly wrong with my website http://lightpainteddoll.com/. While trying to update it, I also purchased a Personal plan via WordPress because it did say it’d offered domain mapping as well. Even when I was paying via PayPal, it still had the ‘domain mapping’ option included.
However, I only seem to be left with a completely new website https://lightpainteddollcom.wordpress.com/, which I don’t need, and my ‘proper’ website is not linked. It is not updating, it’s lost a lot of info, shows posts as if they were written 5 years ago (they have been updated a lot more recently than that) and I can’t change anything.I would be happy to update my website with a better WordPress plan and merge the two websites in question (mapping/moving my domain http://lightpainteddoll.com/ to the new one) and I would also be happy with hosting with WordPress.
I would very much like to move away from Hostgator hosting which my domain http://lightpainteddoll.com/ is currently with.
UPDATE: The two domains now seem to have been merged but there is no sign of any content I had on the original website and the subdomain has also moved to WordPress (with no content).
Most importantly, there is no sign of the Personal plan which I had purchased earlier today from WordPress (the amount disputed- this very transaction).
I HAVE NOW CANCELLED THE PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL BECAUSE IT WAS NOT ADDED TO MY SITE AND MY PLAN KEPT SHOWING AS ‘FREE’. I THEN RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM WORDPRESS SAYING THAT MY WEBSITE WAS SUSPENDED AND I NEED TO PAY 20$!
I have no words really.Can you please help? I would really rather have my website hosted by you than Hostgator but can we please resolve the issues first?
