WordPress team ignoring me?

I have been asking the WordPress support team to help me enable payments again on my WordPress account for the past 48 hours multiple times and I have had 0 responses. My website was infected and has now been confirmed by Google console that it no longer contains anything and is clean due to my diligent efforts in ensuring everything has been updated restored and protected. My website hosting ends today and I need to renew it! Please enable purchases again. I’m doing all I can here but I think the WordPress team is purposely ignoring me. Please reach out with a reason on this or state what’s happening. This is getting hard at this point. I paid lots of good money to use your platform!
