Worpress stop working in southern Laos (at least)

From Sunday 10 of June, it is impossible to see wordpress website (such as ‘name’.wordpress.com) in Southern Laos…
At least 2 examples, websites that do not uplaod :
http://chezlhabitantapakse.wordpress.com
2 others friends in Paksé (southern Laos) are not able to view nor personal websites nor wordpress web site itself… Meanwhile a friend in Vientiane (Laos capital city) is able to connect the websites… (?!!!)… So it seems that the problem is regional, not per country… People else where in the world (France) are able to connect…
The problem is not only about my 2 websites, but also with fr.wordpress.com/ for instance.
But strangely (for me) it is possible to connect these ones :

It seems that the problem is with wordpress system…

It would be great if you could try a couple of things for me:
- Connecting to a different wifi network. For example, home, work or cellular data on your phone.
- Accessing the site using a VPN.
Do either of these enable you to view individual WordPress.com sites?
I can’t view my websites nor work on them…
A screenshot of what you are seeing when trying to access these sites would be helpful if you can send one:
Please include the whole page and upload it to your Media Library so I can take a look.
Once I know more, I’ll be happy to look into this further.
